Management and Administration

T Level

The City & Guilds T Level in Administration and Management equips students with hands-on skills and knowledge to excel in leadership roles within business environments.

Why a T Level?

T Levels are two-year qualifications that equal 3 A Levels. However, rather than covering a broad range of subjects such as A Level maths and history, a T Level will allow you to develop a specialism in one specific area, e.g Team Leadership and Management.

This qualification focuses on the development of knowledge and skills needed to work in any sector within an administrative and managerial role and prepares students to enter through employment or Apprenticeship.

Furthermore, the completion of this qualifications gives students the opportunity to progress onto higher education courses and training.

The T Level in Administration and Management includes a 45-day work placement, giving students valuable real-world experience in business environments. This hands-on opportunity allows them to apply classroom knowledge, develop professional skills, and build industry connections, enhancing their career readiness.
